Jay Fulgencio, Ph.D.
Dr. J is Chicago native, graduate of Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelors in Political Science, M.A. in Political Science, M.S. in Entrepreneurship, and Ph.D. in Educational Technology from Oklahoma State University. Certified Grant Writer from Fort Hays State University and Certified Practitioner of the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile from Eckerd College. Dr. J has nearly a decade of experience teaching in higher education and has provided numerous workshops and presentations on topics such as educational technology, college success, open education resources, and entrepreneurship.
